I have so many things to say. Things to say about taking advantage of nice weather at the end of October, about squeezing in adventures, about having restless leg syndrome of the soul. Is that a thing? It’s a thing now.
But really what I want to say is that driving into the office on Monday morning I remembered the feeling of walking into air on nothing but the tips of my toes and I smiled.
Really what I want to say is that I was scared and I was sweaty and I was nowhere near my comfort zone and in two days I did a lot of things I wasn’t sure I could do. But I did.
Really what I want to say is that the weather was beautiful and I played hooky from work and responsibilities and went climbing instead.
And really all I’m trying to say is that I am so, so grateful. And, really, I hope you do things like this too, things that make you grateful to be alive. And I hope you do them as often as you can.
