Virginia Beach!
We got our day of warm weather.
We got in our first fight on the road. On my birthday *eye roll that begs for patience*.
We brought Chief for his first sight (and taste) of the ocean.
If you want to do what I did:
I recommend going in the off season. The only thing I really liked about it was the fact that it was empty. I also highly recommend paying a visit to Nauticus & The Battleship Wisconsin in Norfolk, VA.
