I’ve been seeing these things online and I don’t know who the original source is so I’m just going to steal them and if it’s a problem I will take this down. But I don’t have any words of my own so I need these words to at least say some of what I’m feeling.

All that said, there are (at the moment) resources out there that can better help you in this situation than your friends and family, and you should reach out to those places first. It’s a scary time that is getting scarier by the day, be safe and take care of each other.
