I did all of the things this weekend. I painted, I did yard work, I met a friend for coffee and went to a farmers market. I went rock climbing at the recently re-opened Cornell Climbing Center. I went hiking, once for Chief’s 10th birthday and again on my way home from climbing to knock out another Broome county dozen.
I know it’s probably not good to be that chronically busy but I feel like I milked this weekend for all it was worth and I’m satisfied going into my Monday knowing I didn’t waste a moment. This is everything I love about summer. I feel like I’ve really lived my life the past few days. So I guess my question for you is, what do you need to do to feel like you’re living your life instead of just plodding along? This is what it looks like for me:
