This weekend I made some good choices and some bad choices…
Good: Morning yoga on the lawn of Krookid Leyk Distilling with Alarius Yoga
Bad: Mixing gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey with pretzel charcuterie board
Good: Playing with my nieces
Bad: Letting them perform magic spells with handfuls of dirt
Good: Stewarding the gorges on Cornell University campus to make sure everyone is being safe and getting in miles of exercise while I’m at it.
Bad: Not bringing an umbrella.
